How the piece of jewellery is manufactured?
Here is the description of how your piece of jewellery is manufactured. At first, the new design is created which is the master copy of the jewellery. It is the preliminary sketch of jewellery. This design can be a customer’s own design or the master’s design. Then the expert converts the sketch into a computer model which is termed as CAD file. A cast is created from the original master copy. Then a wax prototype is formed. When the mould is finished, it is filled with wax to make a wax copy. Later the wax copy is coated with sand and silica. In this step, a noticeable thing is the quality of wax. Poor wax quality can form an internal bubble. Next, the ceramic shell is heated until the wax is melted out. That is why the wax can be reused. So it is safely collected during this step. Therefore the molten metal is poured into the ceramic shell and allowed to cool. These all are very essential steps to form the exclusive jewellery. Casting jewellery manufacturing process is an overnight process.
